RE sp. z o.o. has received a grant from the European Union for the project ‘Carrying out R&D work aimed at developing a modern device for monitoring selected property parameters’.
The main activities of the project are:
- Carrying out design work to develop electronic multi-sensor modules, a management (monitoring) system and a mobile app for Android and iOS.
- Producing prototypes and testing the multi-sensor, the management (monitoring) system and the mobile app for Android and iOS.
- Developing a demonstration version of the property monitoring system using the multi-sensor.
The project is aimed directly at businesses and will enable the implementation of R&D work, resulting in the development of an innovative device for monitoring property parameters. The new product will primarily be used by owners of flats and holiday homes who let out their properties on a short-term basis, as well as by hostel and hotel managers and companies specialising in short-term property lettings.
The aim of the project is to develop a new, innovative property monitoring device, together with a management system and a mobile app.
The project will result in a new solution – an innovative product not previously available on the regional or national market.
