RentEye Policy: Ordering, Shipping, Refunds & Exchanges

This document outlines the policies related to ordering, shipping, returns, and refunds for all hardware products purchased directly from the RentEye website (https://renteye.com).

1. Ordering & Shipping

Shipping Destinations

RentEye ships worldwide. We deliver to all countries within the European Union (EU), the United Kingdom (UK), the United States (USA), Japan, Australia, and to most other countries globally. For an up-to-date list of available shipping destinations, please visit our online store or contact our support team at [email protected].

Shipping Times & Order Tracking

•Orders are typically processed by our warehouse within 1–2 business days. Please note that during periods of high demand or due to supply chain or component availability issues, processing times may be extended.

•Delivery Time: Our standard delivery time is estimated between 3 and 7 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location.

•Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

2. Returns & Refunds

14-Day Return Policy

You may return your RentEye hardware device(s) for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

1.The product was purchased directly from the RentEye website.

2.The product is returned in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it (undamaged and in full working order).

Subscription Refunds: Please note that subscription fees are non-refundable, as stated in our Terms of Service. However, if you purchased an annual subscription plan upfront with your device, you may be eligible for a full refund of that subscription fee if the device is returned within the 14-day window.

Return Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage, as RentEye cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return. The original shipping fee paid at the time of purchase is non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected]. In your email, please include:

•Your Order Number

•The email address associated with your RentEye account

Our support team will provide you with instructions and the correct return address for your location.

Purchases from Other Vendors

If you purchased your RentEye device from a third-party vendor or reseller, you must adhere to their specific return and refund policy. Our 14-day return policy only applies to purchases made directly from https://renteye.com.

3. Return Addresses

4. Warranty & Exchanges

All RentEye hardware is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty. For full details on warranty coverage and the process for making a warranty claim, please refer to our Terms of Service.

If your device is found to be defective under the terms of the warranty, we will exchange it for a new or refurbished unit at our discretion.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For shipments within the European Union, all prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable.

For all shipments outside the European Union — including to the United Kingdom, the United States, Japan, Australia, and all other countries — please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is solely responsible for all such import fees. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are collected by local customs authorities or the carrier — not by RentEye.

RentEye has no control over and cannot predict the amount of any import duties or taxes. We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you are uncertain about the applicable fees in your country.
