It depends on which payment method you choose when placing your order. Your subscribtion works as a PRE-PAID. You will therefore not automatically be charged for the next billing period.
You can choose to pay by credit card, bank transfer or via a payment system.
If your subscription expires and you would like to continue it, simply contact us at [email protected] and let us know. Our customer support team will help you through the payment process and renew your subscription. What’s more, if you renew your subscription you are entitled to a free upgrade when return your old device.If you decide not to renew your subscription, you should pack the device and send it back to us within 14 days at

Delivery costs and times vary depending on where the parcel is to be delivered. The average delivery time is between 3 and 6 working days.
You can check the exact cost and delivery time during the purchase process, once you have indicated the address and place of delivery.
You can replace RentEye sensor in two cases:
- if the sensor is faulty/malfunctioning and/or disconnects, we can process the replacement of the faulty sensor at no additional cost
- if you are renewing your subscription, you are entitled to upgrade your sensor with a new one, free of charge.
You may return the RentEye (i.e., the device) for up to 14 days after delivery for a full product refund. The product must be returned in the same condition as you received it and in the original packaging.You may be eligible for a full refund once the device is returned.Please contact [email protected] to arrange a return. Make sure to include the order number of your purchase.
